The Legend of Zelda: Tears of The Kingdom Final Trailer is Here

Watched the trailer a few times more, the use of aquamarine, gold and black in the enemies gives me more Twilight Princess vibes. Some of the constructs even have something similar to Midna's fused shadow. Not to mention the glyphs and patterns.

I'm so glad this game is coming in May, I can play and fully enjoy this before FFXVI drops in.

I do like that high energy super saiyan Ganondorf

Reminds me of windwaker when he yells "YOUR GODS DESTROYED YOU!!!"
I do wonder what kind of Ganondorf we are getting here? Just blind rage?

or will it be a mixture?

Wind Waker Ganon was the most sympathetic, almost anti-heroish in a way. He was a villain but he had solid motives.

Twilight Ganon was just a bad ass. He was vengeful, angry, manipulative, just downright evil. But he never really lost his cool, always seemed one step ahead until the end.

Ocarina Ganon was more of a thief, more menacing but also a bit too cocky. Also relied on magic a lot more. A bit one note too, but thats kinda all the characters in Ocarina.

I'd like to see them flesh him out more, it's been 16 years since he has been in a game. They did a great job with him in Twilight, and those epic battles at the end were a masterful end to the game.

Really does feel like there is another force at play here that brings him back, so perhaps they pull a twist?

That sounds interesting…

now where might one… find these leaks?
I just found them in a Discord server I am in and the guy sharing them said he found them on 4chan and some Nintendo forum which I dont remember what it was called

I didnt read it too much because I am trying to avoid spoilers myself so im sorry I can't be more help!

Was very impressed!! Refuse to rewatch it and hope to forget most of that cool stuff so it feels fresh as possible.

Finally a great showing!

This trailer definitely rivals the BotW trailers, it's great! The music, the editing, the pacing... And also, the amount of stuff they showed is crazy. Before that I was really pessimistic about this game, but now I'm sure it will be amazing. Can't wait to play it.

Greatest video game series continues to deliver, which shouldn't have ever been in doubt but some people can't help but be graphics whores, or are still crying six years later over their broken weapons.

Still feels very much like BOTW DLC. Same towns in the world, same almost everything. There is new stuff obviously, but it feels like new stuff added to an old game (like DLC). Still very unclear if there are actual dungeons or not.

I'll play it, but probably not until the Switch 2 or whatever is out.

Honestly, there is so much in this trailer that screams this is not an expansion. Full underground areas, sky areas, construction...man it looks crazy! GOTY incoming for real.

I wonder how much (if at any) the game retains with the custom building. Like can you just put right build your own castle or will it disappear if you go too far away.

Like stamina, I'm sure there's some limit to how to goo you can create stuff with, so prob things will fall apart once you build other things.

Well I thought Starfield was going to be my GOTY, now we'll just have to see then, won't we?

We will likely never get another year like 2023 ever again ladies and gentleladies.

This completely flipped my perspective. After that last video it seemed like nothing more than an expansion, but I think what was on display in this trailer disproves that. I don't know, I feel like I saw some hints of actual dungeons too? Maybe not, but the trailer hyped me up.

Doesn't seem to have custom buildings, just vehicles, which will likely despawn after you get far away enough.

I'm calling it now. I'm really feeling he is going to be a red herring, especially after the most recent trailer. Since BOTW, the devs seem to be doing their best to go against the Zelda norms.

1. Calamity Ganon was destroyed, never to be regenerated. I think that could be the "demise" portion of like his soul with the blood moon scene in the trailer be a flashback or the embodiment of the calamity.

2. The Zonai putting his hand on Zelda's shoulder seems somehow uncomfortable. Almost like she is a prisoner and their justifying their actions.

3. Ganondorf seems to have a red "tear" on his head which would seem weird to not get until the very end of the game defeating him. These seem to be items your comrades use throughout the game. I feel like Ganondorf will literally fight alongside you.

4. His character art seems too regal. Just not getting the doomsday vibes from it.

My crackpot theory is the Zonai attempted to conquer all of Hyrule and Ganondorf somehow fended them off. The hand seal being a last resort which kept both parties at bay.
Ganondorfs influence over the world with his legion/command of monsters while needed seems excessive but he takes the villian/nessesary evil role to thwart the Zonais invasion.

Maybe after hundreds of years, only the Malice of Ganon slipped into the world which has no good intention which was the "Calamity Ganon"

So maybe start the game on team Zonai. Realize their intentions lead to the demise of the Hylians and slowly gain the trust of Ganondorf to rise up against the Zonai.

Gotta say that would be really cool. The guy talking to Zelda about Link being the "last line of defense" sounds VERY similar to Ganondorf, or what we assume is Ganondorfs voice, later in the trailer. Could be a lot of misdirection in these trailers.

They still have not discussed why Link has long hair sometimes...also why would it be hard for him to "find" her if she's just up on a sky island somewhere....there's definitely still a major twist they have not revealed yet...🤔
