No man. Child pornography is illegal, not child nudity. Any pornographic image of someone under the age of 18 is illegal. But a picture of someone nude that is nonpornographic is legal no matter what the age of the person is. That's why people like Sally Mann aren't in jail.

Well, if you're under 18, you definitely cannot be charged for statuatory rape, but I'm not that well versed in criminal law, so I can't really back anything up. I'm sure we've got either a lawyer or a convicted sex offender on this board, or both, who might enlighten us.

I mean apart in age... until they are both adults... sorry if I wasn't clear... for example.. a 12 and a 15 year old can date...but the same 12 year old cannot date a 16 year old... and so on... but a 18 can date a 16 year... because of the 36 month law...
