Now... I have TONS of stuff that I need to improve on myself, so let me know if I'm stepping beyond my boundaries :O There are a lot of things that I know I need to do with my work but can't too easily... seems as though I see what I want to see. Odd thing is that I tell what's wroing with the pic if it's upside down, mirror imaged, or if I haven't looked at it in a while
So anyway...
Darth: I notice you tend to make one eye slightly disproportionate and off-center, so to speak. Try widening the eyes apart, on the last sketch, you have the right eye too close to the left. Give a little distance between the two, I'd say about a little more than the width of the eye between the two eyes. Also (and I hope not to offend you), your noses tend to look a little like clay. Soften the bridge of the nose and segregate the shape from the tip of the nose, they sort of melt together and lack definition.
I like the lines and way you composed the hair on the link pic, plus, you seem to have a nice grasp of shadow. What I'd do is make a little more contrast with the shading and "dimensionalize" your characters by giving them more of a tangible, physical quality. Also, you did a good job on the redo of the dashing woman.
cioran: I like the direction, there's definitely a lot of potential. Has a sort of minimalistic ink and watercolor look to it. Can't put my finger on what it reminds me of.
j2: are you planning on finishing it? it'd be nice to see it shaded and colored
kevm3: that's really nice for the doodle program.. i've never used it, but I'm sure something like that has a lot of limited tool sets
nice work ^_^ -edit- woops, didn't realize the other artwork was done by painter.... I should have realized the yahoo stuff wouldn't have allowed THAT much flexibility

Latest sketch (was trying to think of how to add to the other pic, the one with the flowers and the overdeveloped fetus):
I hate the fact that I start on something with a few good motivational ideas and then suddenly lose the flow of it all. I usually go back to it... but almost certain *much* later than I anticipate. Here's another unfinished one.
