Just got these games for about $50US for the whole package. I'm hyped.
I never got why the "black label" GCN games were worth more, just because they were part of an earlier manufacturing run?
Good catch with Master quest, try it out, I see it to be the Definitive version of OoT, mostly due to it's ramped up difficulty. (I wonder why speedruns of that aren't more popular since it's more challenging?)
And if you dont have it yet, grab Four Swords Adventures, 4 GBA-SP's (backlit versions), 4 GBA-to-GCN link cables, and have at it with 3 other friends, it's like playing a WiiU game with 4 Gamepads, it really was before it's time. Here's a vid of someone setup with 5GCNs (1 per GBA)

Another game that takes advantage of the GBA->GCN link cable with 3 players on the TV's and 1 on the GBA: Pac-Man VS. P1 (GBA) is pacman on the GBA (can see whole screen), P2,P3,P4 are the ghosts (FOV limited), the game has a REALLY FUN multiplayer format with indicators for swapping controllers around and everything, too bad this "GBA link" feature wasn't explored more by Nintendo (actually it's something that was used in that one WiiU Nintendoland game where Toads on the TV chase a player on the Gamepad). Here's gameplay of it, left side is the TV, right side is the 1 GBA:

Just remember, GBA Sp's are not cheap in good condition, so try out Pac-Man VS as it only requires one GBA, and if your friends liek it enough, then maybe consider getting more to play Four Swords until you have 4 GBA's w/link cables. Here's what my completed setup looks like:
