Got pushed to OT by a country where hockey's the 5th most popular sport. :lol :lol

I dont get posts like these. The US has the 2nd most registered hockey players in the world at almost 500k. No shit theyre gonna be good. These weren't exactly no name players iced by the US, it was a very good team. And hockey is pretty popular in a lot of areas in the US.

Just getting sad now.

Apparently our sport is interesting enough that we don't even have to invite people. They just all want to play it. I think that's quite an achievement for a country of Canada's stature. No uniquely American sport has ever achieved the kind of international recognition and competition that hockey has.

:lol :lol :lol

Basketball is magnitudes more popular on the international stage than fucking hockey.

So wait, the US wins 11 more medals than Canada and yet they got shit on?

Not sure I understand that logic.
Don't think anyone's seriously shitting on them, just kidding around because we have more golds. Both countries did well and set records.

Yep! I mean why not just sit together and celebrate that the US, Canada and Finland won medals in hockey! They are all as good!

Really, have to agree with those saying that Gold Medal Count>Total Medal Count.
