The reason I'm still letting people in is because I expect a lot of flakes, so if I add some extra people the draft won't be so lonely.

Its also only the first round, so its not too detrimental to let a few more in. It would be different later on, when someone would have to enter and do like 5 picks at the same time.

If you're going to play try to follow through on draft.

Since some players don't want one-pick players to take valuable picks, lets make it that if you don't have three movies by the third round your out and I'll also stop taking new players in.

If we're playing by Ulster's rules, then people have until the end of the draft to join. For example, if we were on the 9th day, someone new could join with 9 picks to catch themselves up with everyone else.

This is what I didn't want--some people will just pick one movie and then forget about the draft--taking a pick someone else wanted who's playing all ten rounds. Too be honest I wasn't expecting so many late joiners, I also expected a few people to forget about the draft as well.

What exactly is the idea behinde this? Guess I'll use it as a motivation to watch movies I haven't gotten around to watching yet or revisiting movies I like that I haven't seen in a long time.

I almost went Lost Highway but recalled the film isn't as well-received by most. Depending on the selections this round I've got my next pick figured out. Actually, I kind of wish we were doing 2/night.
