Anyone have a guess as to who NeferTT is? It's on Hotflush, so maybe one of them is Scuba? It definitely sounds like it could be, anyway. Looooove their sound.

I still need to listen to it, but looks like The Orb's new collab album just dropped.

I saw Apparat @ EZoo this past weekend, he was really awesome. Played stuff from Scuba, Julio Bashmore, Pional... switched it up between melodic/uplifting, and dark... between breakbeats and 4x4... but everything flew so well and the guy looked like he had a blast performing. You're in for a treat!

I'm kinda curious about the Orb album, as they were my gateway into electronic music (with "Adventures Beyond the Ultraworld" and "UFOrb").

Also like the Holy Other stuff someone posted on the last page. I love finding and digging new music, problem is listening to it in a timely manner. I have a peculiar way I ingest music, so its always slow going for me.

Good looking out with the NeferTT, you really can't go wrong with Hotflush.

Listening to the Araabmuzik atm, doesn't feel like a sequel to Electronic Dream but it's pretty enjoyable. 4 tracks in, "Turn It Up" was nice.

I haven't heard anything by Apparat since Things To Be Frickled in 2008, should be a good night and I'm glad he puts on a good show. Digweed never disappoints anyway.

The Orb album is solid but nothing special, it's pretty much what I expected. Decent if uninspirational reggae and roots.

know some are gonna be butt hurt now that his vocals are up front now, but this shit is so good.

I think everyone is happy he is moving away from his old lo-fi production styles. He is at his best when he is singing covers over his piano live.

HTDW / YL cover show. HTDW sings Kelly covers, YL sings Denver covers. <3333

Whether or not this was produced by AM isn't clear, but he's saying on Facebook that it's NOT the actual Electronic Dream 2. What a weird mix-up on eMusic's (and later iTunes Germany) part.

Omg dat sound. Need to definitely check these guys out.

I hate it that this is vinyl only and limited at that. Hopefully some kind soul rips it and uploads it. Think I might spend the money on the vinyl just in case, probably end up investing in that at some point. Hate the shipping on this kind of stuff though.

So good though, between the audio and the visuals I can't stop playing that trailer.

edit: Related, was checking out Citizen on YouTube after somebody linked one of his songs in here and found this:

Citizen plays Bicep - Vision of Love at secretsundaze - Go Bang

sweet mother mary...

It's gonna by Why They Hide all over again for me.

Speaking of which, finally knocked out a listen of Blawan's latest EP. 1st and last track are Blawan classics, His Money is great, and His Daughters is an interesting percussion-less song. Blawan: Can't Stop Won't Stop

"His Money" and "And Both His Sons" are my favorites. Can't stop saying "how many mics do we rip on the daily, say me say manymoni" over and over. Killer running tracks.

So, do you guys think it's worth to buy a vinyl of Untrue for about $40?

I'm seriously thinking of pulling the trigger. But oh God that's expensive :(
