They played a show at WMC '10, and Sneak says they are working on some stuff for next year.

I wonder who is back in the fold? Seriously hyped. Although a bunch of those guys fell the fuck off. Still hyped though.

CDR?

Never trust a DJ who doesn't tell you what he is playing. Music is for sharing, not hoarding.

Then you might never hear it again, your loss son.

Its half the reason i go see DJ's live. To hear the exclusive shit you wont hear anywhere else. Those dirty one offs and promos.

If they played the same records as everyone else, then whats the point. I would just spin them myself.

Live sets can be recorded.

I did a 6 hour set once based on Requiem For A Dream, using a Kaoss pad to mix it all up. The best music is created live, the same as it's recorded live.

That's why I love Greg Wilson's way of thinking about this sort of stuff. Always answers questions about tracks in his set, provides track listings where possible and whenever someone thanks him for playing their song, he always replies with "No, thank YOU for making it".

PS. Tape fiasco?

It's been in a dark and stressful chapter in my life, and my performance in school has gone down. I have had little self control in pulling myself out of the slump so I was planning on just eliminating all distractions. Neogaf being the biggest one. As a Computer Science major being on the computer so much Neogaf is too big of an idle distraction.

g'luck brah

Uhhhg 3 exams in 1 day... I can tell my focus dropped a ton on this last one. Probably was the easiest of the 3 I've taken I just couldn't think at all though.

Very cool, Goldfrapp were the best live experience bar none. They kept improving and incorporating elements of the videos into the live sets.

This is what music looks like to me:

Their music, or just music?

I picture their music to look exactly like Hotline Miami. Coincidentally, that game has one of the best electronic soundtracks I've heard for a while. Surprising, considering I've never heard of any of the acts that contributed to it.
