So, Plump DJs are playing in Melbourne in a few weeks. Anyone have any opinions on their live show or any recent tracks they've done? I've been out of the breaks loop for a while but do still love some of their earlier tracks.

They done lost the funk.

I mean, if it's not much effort I'd still check them out, but just don't necessarily expect the Plumps of old. I mean, it's Australia so maybe they'll play a little better, but it's no guarantee.

You HAVE to go see Tiger and Woods! One of the best acts I've seen all last year, they re-edit their tracks on the fly with a Novation and all sorts of crazy iPad apps, and it just sounds awesome. They also are very friendly, shake their fans hands after the show and everything.

Only thing I can remotely think of that would be like this is older Royksopp stuff... I wouldn't be surprised if there was more music combining folk with electronic music though.
