Yeah, Rival themes need to occur in versus mode randomly if you cant choose the track. Also, as long as the Cruise ship, Volcano, that under the bridge area, diner, and the Snow Rail yard themes are still in the game, i'll be happy.

the theory I saw on SRK was that it's closer to the korean name Joo-Ri, though admittedly I don't know shit about Korean. Miss Korea 2009 was apparently Kim Joo-Ri, which is about as far as I expect capcom to reach in finding ethnically appropriate names.

After watching a few videos of the 'oil wrestling" on Youtube, it doesn't seem too interesting. Obviously it will be exaggerated for the game, but it's a lot of grappling and shit like greco-roman. Should be interesting to see what they do with this one.

Yeah, I really really like Ono. I realize it's part of his job to make us think this way, but you really get the impression he cares and wants to create the game the fans want to play. He's been pretty involved, heading out to high profile tourneys like the gamestop finals, evo and sbo... hell, watching his speech at evo, he seemed so genuinely thrilled that so many people had come out to the event, I can't imagine not liking the guy.

does not mean that their playing styles or moves is whats awful about them. The problem is that they look straight out of "HOW TO DRAW MANGA CHARACTERS" books. I dont think they're visually appealing and their animations and personalities bother me as well.

You can have super bland looking characters, but as long as they animate and act a certain way you can make them interesting. I dont think that those two dudes succeed in either case.

But hey if you like them, awesome.

I'm pretty sure when he said "six" he was referring to the six in addition to T Hawk and Juri that we haven't seen yet. Which would make the 8. But with what the leak got right, I'm sure all 10 from that list will make it in. Especially since it's a list consisting of many fan favorites.

As much as I hate that they've finally gone and completely recycled SFII, I must admit that I'm pretty hyped for some Dee Jay action. I just miss the days when Ryu and Ken were the only mainstays, that's what kept Street Fighter unique IMO.

I'm guessing if it does only add eight characters, as opposed to the leaked ten, the ones that won't make the cut are Guy and Cody. Ono hates some Final Fight.
