Very impressive damage as well. I think it did about 400 damage, and that's with extra damage scaling(after half life) and the Ultra bar being about 75% full. Now I want to see it with Ryu.......you can post a link anytime now.

It's what Street Fighter 4 is referred to as now that Super Street Fighter 4 is coming. So the original release is the "vanilla" (i.e. basic/standard) version.

Why cant it work like Viper's U1...

it could, the video is not conclusive. you have to hit the opponent with Viper's UC1 at just the right time if they're airborne, could be the same with bison UC2
