Like Outer Worlds 1 distinctly sold itself as a smaller Action-RPG that gives you a quick Fallout-like fix if you're jonesing for it.

You don't take a name that's established in the middle ground between AA and AAA and then suddenly try to make it an upsell title for your new $80 pricetag.
