Alaska was mad all their delegates went to Trump. They demanded a poll of their delegates to accurately reflect how their own primary ruled. So, now they're doing that.

Etc and so forth. Starting with 200 million, and with decades of time, only having 4 billion isn't all that impressive investment or business wise.
