The Sad Tale of Michael Jackson: Why I Think He was Innocent

Status
Not open for further replies.
Why do diehard MJ fans obsess over the pedo charges of which he was acquitted (though his reputation suffered), but fail to adress the overused plastic surgery (even by Hollywood standards), skin bleaching and all 'his' white children.

I know the latter is not criminal, but this is has been a constant source of embarassment since at least the Thriller days. And while it is still his private life, he lied about it. Repeatedly. To the public. And to his gullible fans.

What a fucking stupid question.

You obviously didn't read the OP, or any of my posts, or you can't read, or you are stupid
.

I have clearly said that MJ had a weird way of interacting with children, so of course I will not let my kids sleep with him. I wouldn't let my kids sleep with any grown man for that matter.

But I would certainly pay him a vist with my kids and let them play with him in the amusement park and stuff, just like I would with any other adult. I don't think it is normal for a grown man to want to have slumber parties with kids and sleep with them, but like I said, he wanted to relieve his lost childhood, which explains why he did those things. He did not have sex with kids.

People saw that he like being around kids and used that opportunity to make shit up. Like they say, the most convincing lies have an element of truth to them.

what..what does this even mean? are you being funny?
You obviously didn't get the Chappelle reference, but if your going insist on being a rabid MJ fantard I'll take the time to say this; It amazes me that around the world children are being exploited zimbabwe, N. Korea can threaten the world with nukes, and Iran can violently oppress it's people, but MJ dying is the top mother f'ing story. I know he made Thriller, but fuck that was in 1982. Fuck off.

He had a really bad case of Vitiligo. He did not bleach his skin. As for the plastic surgery, he also had lupus which is an autoimune disorder that affects connective tissue, including the skin. But some of his surgery was also just for looks though, like when he had surgery to get a nicer jawbone or something. But don't most people with money do that?

Okay I'm at fault. I didn't get it. I thought you were purposefully playing dumb. It's hard discerning stuff like that when it's a typical GAF response. Again, my bad.

All I'm going to say is the media accomplished it's task (In terms of people's views on his character, not his death.)

His best music was 27 years ago. All those people saying it's ok to melodrama over his death because they grew up with his music, his music's still there. Has been for years. Did anyone think he was on the verge of releasing a new album or something?

Good on you for trying OP, I'm of the same opinion as you (people taking advantage of a rich but troubled person). You should've added sources to the first two posts though.

The media went nuts with all the lies when it came to MJ so don't be too upset that people don't believe anything that's brought up in his defense.

^^^Why did he bleach his skin, did MJ ever give an answer?

He had vitiligo and bleached his skin so it would have an even tone instead of splotches.

I actually DO have sources, but this is fucking GAF. I expected the majority of responses to be jokes so I didn't think it was worth it.

He was, afaik.

Also did MJ actually bleach his skin or did the Vitiligo get him? I remember him saying he didn't actually bleach his skin, but I also heard that he did it to cover his spots.

I wouldn't.. and also if someone molested my kid all the money in the world wouldn't stop me from making that fucker burn, hang or rot in prison.
That's what I was going to say....
I mean sorry, but isn't the fact that they accepted the money for itself prove enough that MJ did nothing? For me it clearly is. If the fucker would have went to court with it he could have squeezed even more money out of MJ. Think about it.

@OP: Great text. Don't listen to the haters.

MJ fans needs a couple of extra meetings, just so they get their MJ story straight.

Tons of celebrities (and "regular" people) have plastic surgery and then lie about it. Why do you care?

I think Michael Jackson's life and career says a lot about the media and our culture. The media is obviously hungry vultures that would destroy a career for ratings, readership, etc. And US culture, I think, is overall rather close-minded and often looks at people with disabilities, differences, or mental problems with disgust and fear. I tend to think that his childhood, plus the media scrutiny lead to a condition where he was very childlike and didn't recognize what typical parents would view as appropriate. And that oversight allowed despicable people to take advantage of him.

Also, when I see clips of Michael Jackson denying the allegations, he seems very genuine to me.

MJ topic is right here, some MJ fan nominates himself as Jackson's apologist, might as well bring up the subject.

Come on, where's the old, witty John Dunbar? :D

That's what he himself said on the Oprah show and that's the first time he revealed that he had Vitiligo. I've heard that he bleached his skin to cover the spots but that's a rumor afaik.

I have no sense of humour when it comes to MJ, hater. :<

I choose to take the middle of both extremes. Mine makes more sense no?

Yes, but it still contradict the official version, supported by the OP.

Maybe we can make him concede. Together.
