When I visited SF last week, I saw parades of cars/trucks supporting Gaza with flags and music. Random people on the street also seemed to be very supportive of Palestine. You’d think Palestine was the DNC with the amount of support.

This is a gaming forum, seems weird it had a dedicated politics section to begin with, those sorts of discussions need constant moderation and bring out the worst in good people.

I suspect moderating them is a nightmare, and you don't want to be visibility hosting discussions that have racism, anti-Semitic views etc etc so it's not just like you can ignore them.

I'm glad I can come here and get away from it all.

I don't think you can just have a little bit of politics in such a thread. The issue has massive political ramifications and then some. Anyway, guess it's okay and there's always other places to discuss such things.
