Very good, have not been listening to much hardcore lately, I should be fixing that.

David Byrne & Jhreck Bischoff - Eyes

Fantastic production and good instrumentation, but the actually songwriting does little for me. 6.5/10
Limewax - One of Them
I liked the start before it got really heavy, not so much into metal now a days but this wasnt bad!
7/10

I'm always interested to find great songs in genres I generally dislike. 9/10
Ruth Moody - Trouble and Woe
I'm not a fan of the genre really, but I thought the first couple of minutes were pretty cool. 2/5
Magic Man - Every Day
Do not like. Processed into boringness. Sounds like music that would be in a background for a commercial.
A better "Magic Man".

Heart - Magic Man
Love the song, but I have to hear it daily on this oldies station at work and has gotten tiresome...I'm more of a Barracuda guy myself. I could play Magic Man by Kanye West, but I'm gonna play this instead because I think it's the cat's pajamas. 8/10

They have a different singer now. This is also a great version but different.
Hooverphonic With Orchestra - Mad about you
I grew up in a country without much country music. But I still enjoy it sometimes.
8/10
Yea I'm from Canada but I love country from the 50s-80s.
I like that version more I think. It's a toss up with the different vocalist, they are both great but I do like the deeper tone of the second singer. The orchestra is what makes it better for me.
Down Like Rain - Jesse Cook
Oh man I cam to this thread at the right time. That is seriously one of my favourite albums. This song gets 5 stars. It's ethereal as hell. this was the first thing I listened to after having my wisdom teeth pulled and I had this fever dream and was hallucinating and it was beautiful. Lovely stuff.
Next song:
Harold Budd - The Avenue
Really reminds me of the late 80s/early 90s and you gotta love music like that
The Pharcyde - Soul Flower (Remix)
That was really fun. I'd love to listen to this while skating. 8/10
Rage Against The Machine - Vietnow
fuck it, turn it off/10
Symphony of Science.

That was another good one. I've still yet to listen to much of Godspeed. I really should. I know they are good.
Kitchens Of Distinction - In A Cave
I'm half way through it. This is pretty mind blowing. You have to listen to it loud or it doesn't work. That little change when it builds up at around 7:20 was amazing. I'm going to keep typing this as the song progresses. I'll come back...
Woah..... WOAH! The END! This is fucking brutal! Intense.
Anyways here's what's next. Title is wrong on the video but whatever.
Swirlies - In Harmony New Found Freedom

You're really into long building songs. I've been a lot more into long songs that just remain where they started. Like a lot of the new My Bloody Valentine album. Anyways, that Darkside song was ok. It didn't do a lot for me.
Destroyer - Bay Of Pigs
Indeed i do.
Something like Godspeed or Swans, a 20 minutes track that evolves throughout, is probably my go to "thing".

Pretty great song you posted there. 8/10.

Black Mountain - Tyrants
Soon we'll be posting the full album, lol.

Had the chance to see these guys over the summer! It was an amazing experience!
Belle and Sebastian - Get Me Away From Here I'm Dying
