Yes Iwata said that and Nintendo never announces prices at E3.I thought Nintendo said they won't be revealing price or launch date for Wii U at E3?

Basicly, by that time my dad was tired of filming (we previously filmed two other YouTube News videos, Mario Tennis Open and the final episode of Stupid Mario Bros that day) so my mom was gonna voice over him in the background, and as you see she does this at the begining and we all just found it so funny and kept laughing.WTF. Is your dad always drunk? What the hell was going on in the video?
We haven't heard any ports that will yet. I don't consider Aliens: CM a port. Batman: AA is an example of what I consider a port.
Well we already know that it'll be released before the end of the year everywhere and holiday season seems like a logical choice. I don't think the exact date is that important half a year in advance.I think they should announce release date, imo.
Wait, I thought IdeaMan was gonna post some newshitstuff for the 6th OT???
WTF.... Muhahahaha I need some of those crazy pillsWhoo! Thread VI! Bring on the next to last thread of crazy speculation!
Here is how me and my dad celebrated the sixth thread: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G5j5o1a0fjE
I may do another video for any future threads for the lols.
So what are you guys doing to celebrate the craz-
....wat
We can also now officially add Neko Entertainment (French sudio) to the Wii U pool support. Not a big deal, I know.

Ports more than likely won't. Most non-port multiplats probably won't either.
New thread started less than a day ago, already ten pages in with nothing important.
I think he was referring to any game that was on all 3 platforms, that is generally what most people consider a port, and just to be clear, do you think AC3 is a port and DS2 a port? since they have a smaller team "porting" the game onto the platform, this is how I see Aliens, so I'm not sure where your line is drawn.
AC3 has had several rumors now of increased graphics over the "HD Twins" but yes nothing concrete yet, which is to be expected with Nintendo and the way they treat E3.
well if thats the case many people will really think that WiiU is like Ps3/xbox360 and sony/microsoft will also use negative marketing to make it more convincing..
SIDENOTE: The poor TT-guy that gave us the pic from the tablet seems to be without a job now and maybe has to defend himself infront of court cos of the NDA thing.
yeah ubermatik, herzogzwei, some others
And hello thread
If that's true then there are chances it being that Starfox x Metroid thing =/
Did really Retro mention that they were working in a favorite fans game?

It could be a neat shortcut button for the games that can be played without a second screen. The button doesn't need to be used by every single game.I assumed very early on that the mysterious square button is for switching between TV/controller screen - but this wouldn't work with games which need both screens.. so it must be something else.

But for games that can be played on one screen and transferred from the TV to the DRC, there would still need to be a button of some sort, no?
Hi Ideaman, just wanted to say I appreciated the tid-bits of info you posted toward the end of the last thread, especially the fact that even developers don't know what the mystery square button does. This seems to indicate that there's some sort of super-secret console feature that Nintendo want to keep wraps on, and the large amount of reserved RAM may have something to do with it (I personally don't believe it's a "switch screens" button because there's no reason to keep that secret from developers).
...
I think, that if you could attach something to the pad, it would be something like the U-zapper, it attaches from below.Hmmm, but why put a button so close to he power where you coud accidentedly press the wrong one and shut it down. Perhaps it not for a button at all but a jack for some attachment?
Hmm, you're probably right. It's not used by games, though, as if it were developers would know what it does. The fact that they don't indicates it controls some sort of system functionality.
Except that September isn't half a year in advance...Well we already know that it'll be released before the end of the year everywhere and holiday season seems like a logical choice. I don't think the exact date is that important half a year in advance.
11) Predict: With BP now gone, who's the Nintendo fan most likely to be banned from NeoGAF during E3 Week?
Here, I'll amend this:what the hell happened to his eyes??

there are TWO mysterious square buttons if you look carefully.
Hopefully we'll see some standout efforts by a couple 3rd parties at E3 that will spur the rest of the developers to compete.
I agree and hopefully that's been going on behind the scenes.
Do you think Nintendo changed the tablet design and added analog sticks because of the fans reaction? They seem to pay attention to the "Internet whining" a lot more (Mario Kart patch, folders, Nintendo Direct etc...)

Hmm, you're probably right.
Still, it makes a lot of sense for there to be a quick shortcut button to switch the primary screen between TV and uPad.
That could be done with a 'button' on the touch screen or a start menu option or something.

If they do have a GTA5 announcement planned for their conference, then they should try to get someone from Rockstar to appear on stage to announce that the Wii U version will be the best console version of the game. I doubt that they could get Sam or Dan, but someone like Jeronimo Barrera could do it. That would send a pretty clear message that Nintendo is very serious about going after the core audience that they've been talking about.
I don't think Nintendo pays attention to internet whiners at all. In fact they made it a point not to once, when they delayed bringing Xenosaga Chronicles just because Internet people were asking for it, and then waited to announce its release long enough so that it wouldn't be seen as caving to Internet complaints.Do you think Nintendo changed the tablet design and added analog sticks because of the fans reaction? Good point. Out of curiosity, I just checked the Wii U trailer from last year's E3 and they never show how it got from one screen to the other.
No, what I think happened is Nintendo chose the slide pads because their electronics are small and would allow the controller to be thinner and lighter. And then through months of testing it was decided that the pad needed to be more ergonomic and comfortable to hold for hours at a time, and making it so freed up more room for analogue sticks do they out them in.
