Do some of the longer songs just cut mid song this time too?
So jelly of those getting the game early. I feel like I"m the only one still waiting.

I think I'll be the last one to get a copy (gonna go out any buy it the old-fashioned way on Friday). Gonna play the first one a bit more in the meantime.
Guessing most of EU-GAF is still without a copy even if they preordered(?).
Thanks for your impressions!
Is it possible to play versus without the EX Burst Skills or are they mandatory?
How many hours left till its available on the eshop?
My desperation sees no boundaries. ;-;

Do I still need to play on easy mode to unlock higher difficulties?
The OP said:All difficulties are available from the beginning unlike the previous game where you had to unlock them.

Is the music also softer in the full game? Can anyone with both games confirm? The demo drives me nuts. It's too quiet even with headphones.
Can't wait for those spin-off tracks like Mystic Quest <3
You get shards more easier with Quest Medley this time around.
Finishing a quest can gives you a lot of shards, saw a video about it.

All this people getting the game early make me want to buy the game digital instead of importing it and waiting a week
I just played the demo.
Anyone else get disoriented by the change they made to FMS hold notes? I'm sure I'll get used to it in time, but it made the FMS hard to perfect the first time around.
If anyone got this early, how many save slots does it have? Can't find an answer online yet from the importers.

So i bought Theatrhythm when it first came out, but didn't play too much of the songs with the clips in the background simply because I wanted to avoid spoilers. Is this still the case? Or even if I play it am I not going to see that much spoiler wise. While I have played about half of the series, I still haven't finished 6 and 9 and would not like to have those games spoiled for me.

Check out an FMS from the first game. Here's one from the second game. They seemed kinda changed to me but honestly it was unclear to me HOW they were changed. Is it something you're able to articulate?
No timing difference. Just an illusion that hurts my brain, haha.Hmm, only difference I noticed is that they now end in a small circle instead of a big one, but that doesn't change the timing at all. Or is there something else that I missed? Didn't have any trouble myself. I do wish they would give the arrows at the end of holds a different color than the hold itself, but it's not a big deal. The change to a small circle for non-arrowed holds actually helps to differentiate them, which is nice.
Not sure if it's harder than before, but you definitely still have a bit of leeway.Yea its harder now cuz that stupid big gray circle that represents your position has to exactly match up with the smaller circle, you have to be more acurrate.

In CC, the beginning circle of the hold note stays on screen instead of trailing off to the right. As a result, you have this green circle that perfectly follows the path of the hold note. The problem is, you will never have this accuracy (and don't need to for criticals) so your slightly bigger cursor circle will always lag behind the perfect green one. This creates a sort of "illusion of lag" is the best way I can describe it. It's really jarring to me. It's especially bad when you have rapid ups and downs.
Hah, sorry!I can't unsee it now that you guys pointed out the size difference in the circle. haha
I think I like Hamauzu's work even better than Uematsu, so representation for X-2 and XIII+ has me so excited.Ah yeah that's it. I felt like I was being less accurate with them in the demo, but I think in reality I wasn't, it just LOOKED like I was, because the large green circle moving in the target circle breaks in and out of it a bit, while the old small circle stays inside it when you vary yourself a bit.
But man I watched just a little bit of that Historia Crux video and nearly climaxed, I am so excited to play some of these songs it is almost painful.
Anyone know when this'll be up for purchase on the eShop?
