There Came An Echo (Kickstarter) - Feep, Ronald Jenkees,Wil Wheaton [Cash in da bank]

I tried to solve the riddle but do not have any clue. Just looked at the numbers with a "round" shape.

8089089

Totally wrong I guess. Does not make any sense.

But happy to hear it hit 40k that fast.

Hey feep, just sended a recording by mail with english spain accent, as I saw in the last mail you send from kickstater that you were still missing recording of most western european countries.
Lets see if that one works lol

I would like to unsubscribe from your "Feep is making money on the internet" Newsletter, thank you.

Looking good so far.

Feep, possibly something you don't know yet or can't say but how many songs will be included on the soundtrack for the reward tier? Do you have a breakdown on how many songs are done by each contributor in the game? Just a bit curious.

The soundtrack is currently 19 songs, 5 of them by Ronald Jenkees, 14 by Jimmy Hinson...of those fourteen, one will be a pure vocal track and others will have vocal elements by Judith de los Santos.

If we hit the Expanded OST Stretch Goal, that number kicks to 27.

We just hit an interesting milestone...60% funded, at $54,000.

According to Kickstarter stats, 37,625 projects have ever reached 60% funding. 97.57% of them have succeeded. = D

*crosses fingers*

Outlook seems good, next few days of backers will set a trend, but I'm sure the tailend will kick things up if it's not already at the goal.

Posting so Feep doesn't triple post.

I think dropping the first stretch goal of an expanded soundtrack from 125k to 115k was a good idea Feep. An additional 35k of a 90k project right off was too much IMO.

Wish I had some money on the side to support this project. I'm sold and very curious how the end product will eventually look like but I know it's in good hands having enjoyed Sequence. Fingers crossed it gets backed. Best of luck Feep! Oh, and if Jenkees ever calls in sick, i'm your guy, guy.

He is your guy. I want this guy to compose the soundtrack to my life.

The whole conceit of the game is that you're a field commander, and you *would be doing these things with your voice*. You're not micromanaging your troops; the AI does that. And if the voice recognition system fails every now and then (4%), well, sometimes your soldiers don't hear you.

For the record, yes, there will be a level in which your visual capabilities are jammed by an enemy, so you have to pull up blueprints and guide your units through a bit of a labyrinth situation...all audio. = D

Feep I have purchased however many copies of Sequence in support of you and your generosity but I was not sold on this idea in the slightest, until you said the above quoted. I will be buying in in whatever capacity I am able. These ideas are interesting.

I had to cancel my pledge due essentially being broke. Sorry, Feep! Although I will definitely get the game day one :)

The rules should be bent so Feep can pimp his own game! I had completely missed this until I saw it on RPS. Great to hear you've got another project going!

Shit dude I wish I had seen this before! What an awesome follow up to go with :)
Luckily, it *totally* isn't too late ; )

And nah, the rules shouldn't be bent. My job was to make a project interesting enough that it warranted a GAF thread on its own merits. = D

I know it isn't too late, I have 7 days to make some cash and pitch for it, gonna go for the 60$ tier (best I can do, moving has left my house empty of food and my wallet empty of cash and it won't correct itself for about 3 months...)

Still, dude, new title sounds epic and I can see why you didn't share info about it earlier. I would have called bullshit on this pitch idea if you didn't have it working already haha

This Ronald Jenkees guy is awesome.
Look at this nerdy looking dude totally losing his shit while playing his keyboard.

Ron *is* totally awesome.

Five days left, you guys! Any help is, of course, hyper super mega appreciated. If any mod reading this wants to update the thread title with amount funded/time remaining, that would be cool too. ;)

What the hell? When I saw the start of the kickstarter it looked like it'll be funded and then some in no time ..... 5 days from the finishing line and it's not funded yet?
Bleh bleh :<

Pretty certain it's fairly standard that Kickstarters always start very heavy and end with a big push with a mellow middle period. Considering all the media attention came three weeks ago when it started and a lot of people here and elsewhere already donated. I think the odds of it not hitting the goal are extremely low. I'm sure Feep would rather it had already hit so there wasn't any stress left but based off of normal successfully funded projects I imagine his team still feels rather confident in the position they're in currently?

Yea, the patterns are really common. Something like 98% of all projects get funded when as long as they get to at least 80 percent of their goal.

Not that Feep and Co can rest on the laurels, but I feel confident they can make it..

Just backed this. Loved Sequence to pieces and this looks really interesting. Good luck Feep, hope you make it.
