im intrigued by cyberpunk so ill get that, theres some ports I think would be amazing.

Diablo 4
Path Of Exile 2
Forza Horizon 5
Doom TDA
Oblivion Remastered
Expedition 33
Monster Hunter Wilds
KCD2

Of course all playable on my Ally X or PC or PS5 but that 8 inch screen with NVIDIA DLSS on a handheld. sheeeeesh tempting.

Surprised every option has someone here getting it. But the fact that some titles there are not launch titles is kinda confusing.

Also, I must say: it's bizarre how many of you have a deck and are getting a switch 2. I understand having two consoles, because you can simply use other tv port. But having two portable consoles, you have to either chose which one to take with you, or bring both, kinda killing the purpose of it.

I'm not paying full price for any of these games. I bought Hogwarts Legacy on the eshop the other week for $20 on sale + $10 switch 2 upgrade. Once others go on sale,I will buy:
Cyberpunk
Elden Ring
Maybe Final Fantasy 7 Remake
And maybe Street Fighter 6

I own almost all of them on PS5 but have barely played them because its not portable. Im at work all day then at night like to be with my family watching tv with them (but I can fire up the switch at the same time since its portable).

Anything that doesn't really rely on visual fidelity too much like Hades. Indies definitely. I dunno if Delta Rune will release on Switch 2 but that's one of the most recent ones I'd buy.

Other than that, it would strictly be a first party machine.

Ports you are getting for switch 2

FTFY :messenger_tears_of_joy:
I'd rather get ports than whatever the hell you call that what Xbox series launched with.

At least Switch 2 owners actually have a good number of Games (20+) to play with that take advantage of the New System and aren't almost exclusively relying on BC like other consoles did during their launch.

None, as i said on previous threads , the Steam Deck an PC handhelds spoiled me the portable form factor for most games, heck i can even play Monster Hunter Wilds on my Claw 8.
If those didn't existed , probably only Cyberpunk 2077 because (if im not wrong) is the only third party full game , not key card

None, Nintendo is for Nintendo games, everything else has a better place to be played, tbf even Nintendo games has a better place to be played but it ll take some time till SW2 PC comes around

i only got cyberpunks so far trinie wont let me spend more monies buuuuut a millions times better thens 2020 lunch crud cant even believe

I actually started playing Fantasy Life on my Switch 2 and so far the game is SUPER charming.

I really like Level 5's artstyle in their games.

Anything that isn't game key card shit. Hades 2, Silksong, inevitably Persona 3 Reload, P4G Remake, hopefully P6 best version.

If they drop Gears remake and Halo MCC there's a good chance I'll buy.

Zero from that list. I only get first party and the occasional third party exclusive for Nintendo consoles ( the latter if you wait long enough gets ported elsewhere anyway more often than not).

I want to get Street Fighter 6, but I'm not paying $60 for it. It's a game I'd love to play for like 10 hours or so, but there's no way I'm gonna go full-send with it.

I'm really hoping for a holiday sale around $40 for it.

Fair enough. I'm willing to compromise for now, but yeah Nintendo and 3rd parties really need to sort that shit out. Not a single person likes the key-card situation (unless it brings a game to the system that otherwise was just too big to physically fit)

I'm still open to third party games when they are on sale on the eshop. If the game is going to take up space on the switch anyway, may as well.

I'd rather just have it on the switch than have it on the switch but have to insert my game token to start it...

Not paying any real full game money for either a key card or an eshop game though. Bring the sales.

I checked "other", cus for now I'm not gonna get anything, but if a new Mario+Rabbids comes out, I'm getting it for sure. Also PlatinumGames titles, but again, these are considered 2nd Party I guess? (3rd party devs working on 1st party IP)
