How do you guys organize all your passwords and usernames?
I try to have the same username across many different services/websites, but not all services allow the same usernames (i.e. I like to use a username that is a number sequence but some services don't allow you to use numbers or special characters in your usernames/passwords). I have so many usernames and passwords now because of this and while I try to stay on top of it all with a note file on my computer and a little black moleskine off my computer, I'm starting to lose track of all the usernames and security questions and passwords.
How do you guys do it?

Last fall I bought a Sony VAIO VGN-NW150J laptop. I should've heeded the warnings to stay away from Vaios but it was on sale and seemed like too good a deal to pass up for a laptop with a blu-ray player.
A couple months later the left mouse-button stopped working. I somehow magically got it working again for a few minutes a day or so later, but it hasn't worked since. I don't want to send the damn thing in because it's the only computer I've got, and I can't imagine how expensive it would be to replace something like a damn button. What are my options? I'm trying to find a replacement part online but am not having much luck.
