Why do people in cars stop to let much slower vehicles like buses and lorries pull out in front of them? Aren't they at all interested in getting to where they are going?

can anyone recommend me a good mp3 tag editor for osx? one that can strip/edit tags from loaddssss of files, perhaps even edit filenames so that they all follow a set order ([artist] - [album] - [track] for example).
cheeeeers!

Why is american football called football when most of the time you hold it in your hand?
It comes from the football (played on foot) family of sports. These sports include Rugby football, American/gridiron football, Aussie rules football, Gaelic football, and Association football (soccer).

Two reasons:

1) Some people value courtesy and human empathy more than getting where they're going as fast as humanly possible. Some people realize that losing a couple minutes isn't the end of the goddamn world. Some drivers recognize that buses and trucks are hard to drive but a necessary job, so they treat them with the respect they'd want if they were doing that job.

2) Some people realize that buses and especially trucks will destroy the fuck out of their car if they don't treat them with the proper respect.

And on a personal note, as a newly employed truck driver? You are a douchebag. Knowing that there are tons of people like you out on the road scares the hell out of me. It's one of the few apprehensions I have about the whole thing.

Sure can. And in fact, you can have multiple streams to different devices going simultaneously. You're limited to like (I think) six machines that are simultaneously authorized, though. So for instance, you could have your Xbox, Playstation, Wii, cell phone, and two computers authorized at the same time, but if you want to add a Roku or something, you'll have to drop one of the others. There's a device management link on your Netflix account page to deal with that.

Thanks! It's working great.

Only thing I don't like is the selection in Canada, and why the hell are there no subtitles on the 360?

I was talking more about when people do this on very empty roads, when the bus or truck has loads of time to join the traffic AFTER they have passed.

But I thank you for your kind words.

Ok. I've been doing the rice trick on my iPod for longer then 48 hours. I took it out after 48 hours yesterday to test and it still didn't work. Then I realized I hadn't turned it off when doing the rice trick. So, I turned off the iPod and put it back in. So, when turning the iPod on today the iPod made the little click noise when swiping to get to the home screen. Then I went to play music and nothing. I did go over the touch with a flashlight and notice that its not pink/red anymore but back to being white. With that all being said I have a follow up.

Should I turn it back off and put it back in the rice and give it even more time?

The entire point of putting it in rice is to soak out the moisture before you turn it on so that the water won't damage the active circuitry. You can try it, it's not like it will get worse.

I realized that afterwards. But my question is will it get better? Would a better idea be to take it back to the apple store?

I'm trying to setup the "send email as" GMail feature for my Hotmail account, but I'm not getting the verification emails (and yes, I've checked the spam folders). Has anyone else gone through this problem?

I'm flying tomorrow and had a quick question I can't find the answer to.

If I'm carrying an extra pair of shoes in my carry on luggage, do I need to take these out of my bag when I go through security? I know I take the shoes off that I'm wearing, just want to see if the others are alright to stay in my bag.

It's not just GAF either.

What exactly does Buffalo Bill mean with "It rubs the lotion on its skin, or else it gets the hose again." I mean, I get that he wears womens skin as clothing and that he probably want nice and smooth skin hence the lotion rubbing but hose? Will he spray water on his victims if they don't obey him? I don't get it.

Anyone ever find dried jizz on their knee after you fap in the shower? It hasn't happened to me in the many years of fapping in the shower, but in the past few weeks it's happened way too many times now. The hair sticks together on my knee and you can see it all white and dried up. Why is it doing this :(

Because, technically, it's not the original video. Therefore they can't legally take it down.
I don't know about that... Seems more likely it's a means of avoiding automatic detection.

There's a spray hose on our kitchen sink for washing dishes. Sometimes when you hold the lever down you get full power out of the hose and no water is coming out of the faucet anymore, and sometimes when you hold the lever down you get half the water through the hose yet half still comes through the faucet.

I'd assume it's just an odd quirk, maybe it has something to do with the water pressure in our apartment building, but I figured I'd ask here in the rare chance anyone had an idea why this happens.

Someone gave my grandma some bullshit about needing 64bit encryption to access some web pages and installed Malwarebytes, spybot, and ad aware all over MSE which had I had put on there when she got the laptop. I have no idea why they would have installed those, so they're gone, but apparently the reason she took here computer wherever was because she couldn't get to some newspaper websites's ad publishing page. She's absolutely no help in the matter. Anyone have any ideas as to what the problem could have been?

You know when you right click a window down at the bottom of the screen, the mini toolbar pops up with the options:

Restore
Move
Size
Minimize
Maximize
Close

What the fuck is the Move command and how does it work? I've tried so many things but I just can't get it to do anything (especially when I can't see the window and I want to re-position it)

It simply turns your cursor into the move cursor. The most useful part of this is that once you've selected move, you can also use the arrow keys to move the window even if it's off-screen. I'm not really sure why it's there, because it's useful in maybe two situations.

Holy fuck this is incredible, thank you!!
