In the popular vote? Yes.

It's the electoral college that does the actual voting, and if a majority is not held in there it goes to the house.

If the entirety of the land was flat, yes you could fit everyone in the world on England. Comfortably? No.

Per Wolfram Alpha, England's area is 1.404×10^12 sq ft.

Divide that by 7 billion, you get 200 sq ft/person. So, yes.

Probably not what you're looking for (and Chrome is a good solution) but I'll just mention it anyway: you can forward all mail from one account to another account, and if you get it from the forwarded account, you can reply as the forwarded account so no one knows where you're replying from. Also Google has a quick-switch button so you can link two accounts and instantly switch from one to another and back without logging out and logging in and logging out and logging in.

It's a form of searching and searching is disabled. You can search on Google: site:neogaf.com keyword

It's not as comprehensive but it's something.

For forwarding, you can find it under the "Accounts and Imports" tab in Settings.
For switching, click your e-mail address in the top right corner, in the pop-down, "Switch Account" to set it up the first time, and then once you've got it all set up, that button will just switch you there automatically, and then back.

You do indeed automatically get the bonus. This happened to me not too long ago actually. I think for Killzone 3.

Gmail allows you to "switch" accounts and it doesn't log you out if I remember correctly, I'm not entirely sure though since I only have 1 email, but you could give the "switch account" under your email address a try on the top right.
