also who are those people? Looks like a different angle but same day for the younger lady and updated pics for the two white men. The older lady just looks shopped into a different haircut and background.
 
Did DHL make a comeback in the US? I was tracking something I'd ordered online and it took me to the DHL website. I thought they'd shut down in the US.

bought it from the grocery store on saturday afternoon, been refrigerated since. still edible?

Beef shouldn't completely turn color that quickly. Was it properly stored in an airtight container? Anyway, yes, normally beef held over in a cold fridge is fine to eat after three days. If you're concerned, just make sure to cook it fully.

it comes on a styrofoam 'plate' that is pre-wrapped with a layer or two of saran-wrap/cling-wrap. the insides are still pink. just gonna nuke the shit out of it like you suggested. cheers!

The keyboard only comes in handy if you're planning to annotate stuff in what you are reading or if you want to buy stuff directly on your Kindle.

I'd get the one without the keyboard since it really doesn't come in handy that often. In the rare case that you do need it the keyboardless model has an on-screen keyboard.
 
I have a USB adapter that came with this cheap little speaker that can be powered either through USB or AC. Its output spec is listed as "DC6V (some odd symbol consisting of a solid horizontal line above three evenly divided parallel line segments) 1A. Can I plug any USB device into this thing and expect it to charge safely, or will they get burned out since most USB devices take 5V?

Apparently, he was using the Steam thread like an IRC channel, so he posted stuff that didn't have much to do with games, and a lot to do with socializing and not posting much of value; the mods didn't want that. So they bitchslapped him. Stumpokapow cleared that up in the Steam thread yesterday or something.
 
Everytime I'm using google docs on my iPod and hit done (which I'm hitting by mistake) and then tap to edit again it reloads to the desktop site. Is there a way to fix this? Sure is annoying.
 
What kind of ranks do the members of super-elite military units like Seal Team 6 have? Are they like regular units where there's a lieutenant, a sergeant and a bunch of corporals and privates, or are they higher up than that?

I've only seen half of those, but without a doubt I'd say Breaking Bad. If you have Netflix you can stream seasons 1-3. You might have a problem trying to watch season 4, however, since it just ended a few weeks ago. It's an amazing show.

I've only seen Breaking Bad and Mad Men. That said, Breaking Bad and then Mad Men.
 
I'm trying to root my HP TouchPad so I can put Android on it, but I'm stuck. I'm following a guide that instructs me to type "novaterm" into terminal (I'm on a Mac, btw). But every time I type it in it asks for a password. I'm not sure how I am supposed to enter the password, can someone help?

I tried both as a .gif and .png, uploading directly and from another source, but nothing works. =/

You probably forgot to set transparency for the layer.

Edit: The shitty aliasing is there because your source image had an indexed palette. Set it to RGB. Select the gray outside parts by colour. Blend out the selection. Delete the selection.
 
Thanks for your help guys,

As it has been over a year since I played around with Photoshop, I don't have the ability to make it right. I just used the lasso tool and cut out all the white around the iPad on the picture, as I don't have a lot of time because of work.

But I'll eventually look into it.

Edit: Oh wow, you made it transparent already, that's more than I could have asked for. Thank you sir.

General rule with food stuffs: after you cook it, its good in the fridge for two days - and probably 1 - 2 reheats depending on what it is. In the future, I'd plan out what you are going to eat. Unless you plan on using the beef the day you bought it, or the next day, put it in the freezer. Take it out of the freezer in the morning if you plan on eating it for dinner.
