Only hate for cash YouTube grifters who will scream how Jane Thor is a permanent gender swap because they’re too stupid to have ever actually read a comic book to know that she dies.
I think it mostly depends on if they emasculate Thor or not. I think most of those youtube grifters that you have such a beef with know that Jane Foster becoming Thor happened in the comics.

Count on Marvel (Disney) to use this as an opportunity to inject their ideology.
I guess we'll see.

The trailer looked good but I am growing tired of Thor's endless journey of self discovery. Will watch this in theaters though. Also the scene in the trailer was actually funny. That is new to me since I never find trailer picked scenes to be funny.

Thor is one of my favorites and I'll see this in the theater for sure.
That said, I think I'm getting tired of the Marvel formula, as I felt almost nothing watching this - and it's a decent trailer.

Oh well, I also think Marvel usually makes pretty bad trailers and great movies. DC makes great trailers and hit-or-miss movies.
I am confident this will be great!

Maybe he can go back in time so Tony can make a suit he can talk over his life problems with. :p

Thor seem to be transitioning from light hearted god with a thirst for combat to a goof who questions his existence and masculinity. So basically the Gillette target audience.

The projectioning has already started I see, it's not as if his thirst for combat ever ruined anything in his life or got those close to him killed or something. Also what about this comes across as questioning his "masculinity"?? Hemsworth has gotten himself the most jacked up for this movie and the style is of the hyper 80's comics, the golden era for ott masculinity in comics.

Does mlojnir imbue Jane with a different personality? It didn't seem to affect Cap or vision so would it hulk out Jane because she is too weak as a normal human or something? MCU question, since clearly the hammer morphs folks in the comics.

Hopefully Jane just got into crossfit or something totally coincidental :p

I’ve never read a comic so I don’t understand how Jane can become a God. I get Captain America was worthy of the hammer or whatever, how does this happen with Jane?

I’ve really enjoyed the Thor movies so I’m interested to see this one.

No it just wipes out all the progress her cancer treatments have made. They better include that angle in this.

What the hell am I projecting?

Basically Thor has been split into 2 characters. Valkyrie seems to be holding all his masculine traits and is taking over running the kingdom. This should have been Thor's arc in Ragnarok, but she's just been put in to fill a quota. To be fair though that is a pretty cliche storyline so having her deal with it could be better. Ragnarok was a entertaining movie.

I doubt Valkyrie even stays in New Asgard for that long in the film. See how excited and thrilled she is sitting there.

Looks good can't wait :D pretty much nothing after endgame has excited me. I'm a little confused how did Jane become Thor or get that strong. Does the hammer infuse her with all the power like a God? I thought asgardians were born different. Sorry never read the comics. I do give credit to Portman looks like she put in the work.

“Whosoever holds this hammer, if they be worthy, shall possess the power of Thor.” - Odin Allfather

TLDR: Bitch be worthy as fuck

Really? You don't think the story of a broken hero with a character you ve come to know and respect over several movies is better than some unknown character who your given a 2 minute clip for a backstory? Hell it would even explain fat Thor.

Good trailer. Thor is the only MCU person I am interested in anymore. I am unsure how Mjollnir is cobbled of put back together but Im sure they will have some reason for it.
So weird too because Hemsworth brought him around from the least interesting character in the MCU to the most interesting over the course of Ragnarok and Infinitg War + End Game. Have to wonder if the box office on this is going to be insane considering how low key the rest of Phase 5 has been No Way Home excluded. I did like Shang Qi and Eternals but they just weren’t as hype as the Infinity Saga by a long shot.

They will definitely be doing Secret Wars or a big event with alt universe RDJ, Chris Evan’s, Hemsworth and Scarjo if sooner rather than later without a billion grosser.

My money is either Multiverse shenanigans or Time Travel.

Or maybe both!

Don't get me wrong I might be off the mark on my guess, but to say they won't lean on that stuff? Are you serious? lol

Yes.
Just like not every movie in phase 1-3 relied on an infinity stone.

For phase 4 we've had Loki, No Way Home, Multiverse of Madness and possibly Quantumania deal with these concepts. Wandavision, Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Hawkeye, Black Widow, Eternal and Shang Chi do not. And I doubt Ms Marvel, She-Hulk, Secret Invasion, Love and Thunder, Wakanda Forever, The Marvel's and GOTG3 will either.

I haven't seen any of Moonknight so can't comment on that. Please don't spoil it.

Seems like promo for a TV episode not a blockbuster movie. Should have revolved around Gorr to presented the stakes in the story arc. Zeus was passively featured. Jane was a random insert.
Teaser panders to much to comic nerds and will confuse and underwhelm the mainstream.

Not EVERY movie maybe, but Cap 1 did, Doc Strange did, Thor 2 did, and GotG did.

They will lean on what they need to lean on to make things work.

What is with people misunderstanding me today?
:(

I very clearly said that not every phase 4 film and show will deal with time travel or the multiverse. And that I'm doubting Love and Thunder will, it doesn't need to to explain Jane. The hint is in Mjolnir, it's reforged together, the universe is filled with magic and advanced technology, why is time travel or multiverse required to fix it?
