Respawn should just add the damn crosshair, you cant stop people marking their monitors with marker or use monitor INBUILD crosshairs etc... so I say it doesnt count as cheating, it counts as missing basic feature.
Im gonna use it since it makes gaming 200% more enjoyable since I know where im aiming at.

I posted that video specifically because it was the top post on Reddit. The whole community has that video to look at. People comment on her being powerful, show in the clip.

I don't feel like Tone needs a nerf, I just find her annoying.

Showing a clip of a Ronin doing well against her would be nice.

CTF is mostly dead in a lot of regions and one of the only ways to play it is through mixtape. Even then, as you say, with slide-hopping the average team can't do anything about it.

I'm seeing a lot more ronins. I'm sure the gifs will come

Completed the campaign today and it was a fantastic experience. So many awesome set pieces, and it was just the right length with lots of nice mechanics throughout that don't outstay their welcome.

Also did some more multiplayer and I seemed to be encountering loads of laggy matches despite my ping to server being 25 and in match it was sub 50. So many times would I die before actually registering damage (this is from smgs and ars) or people would take twice as long to kill than you would expect.

It was very frustrating. I am slowly getting better at using my titan but I'm not sure which to use. I've stuck with ion mainly. I really need to find a weapon I like as well as I've stuck with the RC standard auto rifle so far and not given anything else a go.

Limit one target lock for rockets at a time.

No homing on pilots, period.

Significant decrease to damage over range so that she is no longer effective at ranges that should be the exclusive domain of Northstar.

Much longer cooldown on drop shield.

None of these would significantly alter her playstyle, simply force players to be more thoughtful about using her abilities.

I think they might just nerf/change the sonar ability so that it reveals titans for longer but doesn't give a free lock, but I dunno... maybe it's just because I play Tone a lot to know how not to engage Tone to be in a situation where the tracking rockets matter.
Nerfing the range could work, but only a few of the maps have opportunities for long range engagements out in the open. (And that's more about helping Northstar than nerfing Tone, but I don't think people would switch to Northstar anyway).

Let's separate things out.

Pilot Weapon: Mozambique -- Probably one of the best weapons in the game. Nothing specific about it.

Anti-Titan Weapon: EPG-1 -- I've made enough posts about how this is by far the fastest DPS Anti-Titan weapon with a couple of tools. Bounty Hunt is super good because targets don't move, but even if they did, it's very comparable to using a Charge Rifle anyway (plus it kills Reapers super quick).

If we compare this setup, to say, Alternator and MGL, you've got a as good pilot weapon and currently better (or if you want, same) anti-titan weapon. It's sooooooooooo fun.

I believe that good Titan gameplay will shoot you up the scoreboards in a game of Attrition. Focus on "getting" a Titan as a Pilot, if the other team has some. In this game, enemy Titans are your "fuel".

Been trying desperately to find a CAR configuration that I feel comfortable with. I think I got one.

Going with standard iron scope and fast reload+tactic kill. And thanks to frothy suggestion of a dry marker dot the CAR is crazy good for me now. Crazzyyy good in CTF

I can normally finish in top 3 just on my pilot play. Getting better at doing damage to titans and not dying as much in the process. Not cleared 100 points yet but on a good game I'm in the 70s to 80s. Only really played Attrition yet.

This game is not very beginner friendly. Learning the maps, movement, multiple pilot abilities and then titans. Takes some getting used to.

Don't ever be running on the ground, minimize time actually touching walls. Use grenades liberally.

Use the EVA shotgun and EPG

You only need to 'nade the first set of enemies. You'll get it in no time. Follow the ghost for the easy route.

Grab the EPG from outside of the shooting range, use arc grenades + EVA shotgun, follow the ghost as your route, use grenades on: the first set of 3 targets, throw one below the gate immediately after that, throw another one directly onto the wall to the right, use the EPG for the next group of enemy and the two after that, switch to the EVA for the last two. You don't need advanced skills like bunnyhopping to do it.

I disagree with you, there are plenty of instances where I want to run through smaller areas like interior doorways and such and that's precisely the kind of area another player is likely to suddenly enter your field of view.

Also, just because players like Frothy make an effort to bunny hop all of the time does not mean it's always the best thing to do. Sometimes the wall run / bunny hop opportunities enhance your exposure to sightlines that you don't want to be in, and in these instances it's nice to be able to sprint and shoot.

Man I just had probably my most bad ass moment where an enemy pilot rode my titan that was near death. But it's nothing compared to what you just did lol. I nuke ejected and we were both blasted way up in the air and hip fired him to death with my Alternator. Seconds after I landed another pilot tries to take me out but I'm able to get him instead because he somehow landed in front of me after shooting me behind at first. My guess is that he was also nuke ejected from his Titan and was shooting me from above.

I haven't had many bad ass moments so that's probably my best one so far. But if I was the Devotion dude and you did that to me and I watched the replay. I think I would actually take the time to message you and say "That was pretty dope".
