Art book seems small so I'm going to pass.
What's with Fire Emblem games not getting a bigger art book?
Sold separately at a higher price.

It included all the DLC costumes except the Hot Springs DLC which was made available a bit after the game released

Is that so? I guess that rumour can't be nipped in the bud just yet. Thanks for the info.
The full art books are for sale on retail, these ones are just to wet your appetite.
Fire Emblem pack-ins, the handjob of Artbooks.
They do not. Not even a test charge/temporary hold.Gamestop doesn't charge for online preorders right?
Just saw Best Buy not getting it. I wonder if they decided not to bother after the FE SE.
Nice, I'm gonna squat for one until Amazon opens their page. Hopefully I don't miss it, that preorder discount goes a long way. They do not. Not even a test charge/temporary hold.
Nothing till the game ships.
Hmm, should we expect amazon to put it up today then as well?
Does the CD have theweird song from the end from the original FE commercial
Thanks. Pre-ordered on GameStop just in case I'm not around when the Amazon page goes live.
If I get my Amazon order in I'll cancel the GS order.
Nintendo probably isn't going to be making enough of these to spread across all the major retailers, so it makes some sense to limit the allotment between the two biggest retailers for games.
I feel like I only want this because I know it will be valuable on my shelf
I might just stick with my regular edition.
This feels particularly egregious in this case.a six-song soundtrack CD

Sorry about that. Wrongly assumed Atlus was in charge, but I looked up and saw that the Bravely Second SE also had a sampler CD. Just a crappy practice not limited to Atlus.But... it's not?
Edit: Oh, stealth edit.

Yeah, it's not great, especially since the full Vocal Collection OST already got released on its own in Japan.
How does it usually show up in Gamestop's systems after it goes on their online store? The manager at my local place only saw the standard and a "DLC" edition.
i'm not sure if I want it.
it's really underwhelming for $20 extra dollars.
I've seen day 1 versions that were free for preorders that were more impressive.
It's really solid considering you get $10 of DLC. You're essentially getting the art book, sampler cd, card and stickers for $10.
Besides a lot of Day 1 editions from Atlus and Xseed are the only physical release of the game and sometimes are like $50 for 3DS/Vita titles.
If I read it right, the Fortissimo Edition came with four different DLC packs, including the SMT costume set. If there wasn't any other DLC for the game, that would mean the Hot Springs pack would be the fifth.

You can preorder on the GameStop website and I'm sure that it'll be up on Amazon soonish.
Assuming you're in the US, of course.
Eh, guess I'll head to GS tomorrow since I don't want any damage...

Seriously, the upped their game with the Prime discount but they still can't fucking properly package anything. It drives me insane.
