Tbh, the ps4/xbx1 gen are all tied to garbage cpus. That includes ps4 pro. The jaguar was terrible in 2013. So a 2025 machine, handheld or not, should automatically have a cpu advantage, even if it's mediocre, not to mention RAM.
So right off the bat you automatically win 2/3 major aspects of hardware just because your machine released in 2025.
The whole jaguar cpu generation is shit in terms of hardware. Easy mode measuring stick.
On top of that cyberpunk 2077 settings all look pretty samey once you get passed a certain point. The only huge jump is mods on PC, and even then, its nothing jaw dropping.
