Great visuals, lot's of stuff to do, Lara is great, really polished, controls very well, action moments are fantastic, paced very well.... and so on.
Thats every game dude.
I enjoyed the combat, visuals, atmosphere, exploration and yes, even the set pieces. I had a great time with it, and I don't know why you find it so hard to understand.

In their defense the explosions are definitely pretty. And very loud, almost blew my speakers out at one point.
You're about halfway. That's where the game slides into pure Uncharted territory for the story areas. You'll notice the drastic shift in tone and level design.
That would explain it. That's precisely why I've never made it past two hours of an Uncharted game.

Rented a copy from Redbox yesterday and played for over three hours last night,
. Wow, I really enjoyed what I've played so far.
I'm very intrigued by where the story is headed as I'm getting a strong vibe along the lines of
. I also enjoy the combat sections so far. It's just the right amount and then I can get back to exploring the environment to find all the cool collectables. Really dig the voiced diaries.
So yeah, looking forward to playing more. The game is off to a great start.

Most do nowadays, although this is one of the better ones. I like how she straightens and tenses when you hold down for a fully powered shot. Good stuff.

What's this nonsense? This is a discussion forum and we post our opinions, we can have arguments about it and whatnot. But I am tired of getting called a lower person because I don't agree with him. I don't ignore people because that's just silly, but he's hitting a nerve because he always talking condescendingly about other opinions, with being offensive and even underlines it that he's right to be offensive. I'm sure this has already been mentioned, but what's with the short QTE window? I've already died a number of times for not pressing the button on time (or maybe I just suck...). After awhile, I noticed the QTE button is just triangle (that would be Y on the 360), so what's the point of even having them?
Played it for about two hours, and I'm liking it so far. Started off pretty slow, but the general atmosphere of the game has been nice. Holy moly at how detailed the environments are. Once again, this just might have to do with me sucking, but I've found the shooting bits kind of frustrating. Multiple enemies ganging up on you, and even calling for backup. The survival instinct function is pretty useful in these instances. Also, what's the point of duck and cover if I'm still taking damage? It seems like the bullets go right through whatever I'm ducking under.
I do like how some of the platforming and combat bits are a little more interactive than Uncharted. The platforming also isn't brain dead automatic easy like Uncharted. FYI, I love the Uncharted games.
