I played and Finished the PC version last week. Would have been my GOTY if I had played it last year, and its gonna take something special this year to knock it off from #1 this year
They took everything that was wrong with the last game (Rape-y stuff, torture porn-y deaths, no puzzle/tomb that you couldn't clear in 20 seconds, arrow-sponge supernatural enemies at the end) and fixed them, and added some really fun open area exploration.

There's a big difference between Japan and Western voice acting - most seiyuu also double as singers for the purpose of character songs and shit like that. I'd imagine if they are dubbing a series about songs the songs will be dubbed as well.

I just watched the Maken-ki season 2 trailer and for fuck's sake......Funimation has no sense of tact or class anymore.

Gratuitously lewd and bland could be used to describe a lot of ecchi shows out there TBH. Maken-ki is probably no different.

so I think I might have said before in here that I hadn't actually seen all of Dragon Ball Z
just through the defeat of Cell
so I've been going through the post-Cell stuff over the last few days, and just got up through the first few episodes with Buu.
So my main problem is that they immediately do the thing where everybody but the saiyans are completely useless. And then they make Gohan look bad. And also I thought Videl was cool, and then they had a dude beat the shit out of her for like three hours, and then she got better, and now she just kind of disappeared after she told Trunks and Goten where to go. What happened to her? She hasn't even gone back to the martial arts tournament to tell all the secondary characters what's going on with Goku and the team.
Also Mr. Satan isn't that funny to get all this screen time.
Some of the fighting is still good though.

The Buu saga is terribly paced, and it's one of the reasons I was looking forward to the Kai version.
But that's not coming out here. (dammit)
That said, the Buu saga does have one really good moment for Vegeta.
