Funimation is on the show's production committee so they do have a hand in it. I imagine it will be a higher class dub like Space Dandy and less like... I don't know, what's a really weak dub they've done recently? One of their pornos?

That would only happen if you became the booker of Toonami.

There's a channel that's been posting clips of the JoJo dub. You can see them here if you want. Ben Diskin as Joseph is just him playing Nigel Uno with hair.

I don't have a problem with the concept of fanservice, but I hate it when it's completely unnecessary and doesn't fit the tone of the show at all. Dimension W is sadly a pretty bad offender in that regard.
