Remember that KSK is going to be a series.

But that opens doors for me having to rate the dozens if not hundreds of awful AS shows on the other nights.

KSK happened in the hour that doesn't exist. Even then because it was so short I'd take it over the rest of that crap that did exist.

I saw the dub years before on the Funimation Channel and just laughed my ass off lurking here and reading your reactions.

No, it's more a case of the premise being shit from the beginning and them running out of stuff maybe six episodes in?

The ending is amazing though.

I should finish Inuyasha before February.

In February I'm going to start reviewing Naruto Uncut: The Lost Years covering the so-called filler hell
It's more of a purgatory really; back in the day we never knew when it was going to end. You'd be in the middle of the arc, someone would say ooh watch the next episode preview, it's probably Kakashi Gaiden/the start of Part II...it never was.

I'll probably match up with Bass and do a small one liner review on which ever show he does when he gets to Samurai 7/Casshern. He's read DMWL so I'll have to cover that on my own, maybe do it when he watches e7, which I've seen the dub of enough to recite parts from memory.

I will watch DMWL anime, it's just last on my list of priorities as I have read it already, E7 was/is highest because there is a chance we could one day see AO on Toonami

I remember getting to the end of GXP and thinking wow I would have never guessed any of this stuff would happen based on the first episode.

Going to do one Naruto a day, possibly weekdays only as I watch enough damn anime on Saturday and Sunday. Aiming for one gif a review and maybe a screenshot or two. Gifs are the important part.

I'm excited for you to watch the Kakashi Mask and Golden Shower Episodes.

"Loves like ice cream it's hard to choose a flavor"

'Maybe she wants more then one scoop'

LOL what is this dialogue

This is back when they still gave a fuck.

It's quite possibly the worst dub that company has ever produced. They've done shows that are borderline softcore porn with better voice acting.

Man Seina is totally chick pirate magnet.

How many chicks can want his D for all the wrong reasons? Oh dear lol

How badly did Tenchi GXP bomb in it's ratings when it aired?

This show waay more than SAO proves that they weren't doing a great job screening shows.

They went, oh, can't be worse than Tenchi in Tokyo, it's cheap as hell for some reason! Let's make a deal.

GXP really bit them on the ass pretty hard. Funny it got such a high profile slot. SAO at least had some reason for airing even if it is despicable trash that highlights why people hate anime. I will save my rant about the last SAO episode for another time. GXP is probably the sole reason we will not receive a pure comedy anime for a long long long time.

Episode 4 previews the two lead ladies beginning their cat fight

Oh lord I'm going to have to deal with their cat fighting for the rest of the series aren't I?

foxuzamaki

Doesn't read OPs, especially not his own
GXP was super jarring in terms of voiceacting quality, when you can actually see a clear difference in voiceacting talent and quality between SAO and GXP you know you have horrible VA

It's weird seeing Man God be negative about a show.

There's nothing redeeming about the show at all!

Art sucks, music is forgettable, characters are lame, voice acting is sub par, the audio mix isn't any good, the cameos are few and far between. I don't see it appealing on any level. Hell its a barely passable hate watch! The worst show on a block that once included Samurai Seven and the not very good at all but still passable in a few areas Thundercats reboot.

I have no doubt that SAO made sense business wise just from the hype and the consistent if not exactly mindblowing ratings proves that out.

was it worth it toonami?

was it woooooooorthhhhhhhhhh itttttttttttttttttttttt

are they the first american commercial network to air tentacle molestation in this, the fiscal year of luigi

The one thing that pisses me off about harem and actually a lot of Japanese manga/anime is that they completely wimp out on picking a single girl (or guy) to win in the end. I'm okay if it's a harem ending, or they pull a School Days, but leaving things "open" pisses me off. At least SAO had the decency to say "yep this is canon OTP DEAL WITH IT".
