Steve Blum tweeted the tumblr page about the schedule next week & said there'd be announcements tomorrow night.

*sigh* So I found out more about the study abroad in Japan program my college has. 2 weeks in May, 3-credit course, & one of the classes would be learning history and visiting different ancient castles and such. Well cool, sounds awesome.
.......the problem is it'd cost about $4,000....& I'm pretty sure I don't qualify for most of the scholarships...2nd time in life I've been offered the chance, but couldn't do it.
Oh well. I guess to get back on topic, can't wait to see the Kill la Kill promo tonight.

Looking at the AOTY thread makes me think people believe Space Dandy was way more uneven than it actually was

Upgraded Terror in Resonance. All the honorable mentions had issues but I think the parts where TiR actually succeeded put it above the other honorable mentions.

Well that and most of the anime gaf aoty votes don't seem to care much for long running shonen.
I might actually show up to watch this week if I don't fall asleep early again.
It did have a few episodes that were just okay, but not near as many as people think. I don't even think there was a bad episode, just some I'd rather not rewatch.

I feel the same way. Even the "worse" episode (that underpants/vests war) isn't as terrible as we make it out to be, it's just rather "meh" when you compare it to other episodes that're rather great.
Season 1 is rather mixed, & even certain episodes are considered mixed as well. I want to rewatch S2 because it felt like that season was overall MUCH better, but it's going to be a while before that happens, it seems.
