It was another JL show on CN that didn't fare well. ended/canceled after its first or second season (depends on what you consider 28 out of 52 episodes)
It was like JLU Lite. and had amazing stuff like this:

It still wasn't confirmed for its second/third/whatever season in the 2017-2018 renewing's. so its most likely canceled after it finishes its irregular episode scheduling.

Kind of a lighter and softer Justice League show. It's like Justice League but closer to the tone and humor of the 2003 Teen Titans cartoon.

That's a pleasant surprise. Hoping we can get a Code Geass airing next year then since old series are on the table.

We probably shouldn't count anything that ran on that day as an official airing, seeing that everything that ran that day was edited TV versions from Toonami archives.
But this is great news, not only does it mean that old toonami shows pre-2012 reboot can be used in the rerun slot (and air possibly uncut) but we all can see outlaw star again!

Awesome, and with the block moving up, it's at a time I'm willing to stay up for. GitS airs its opening, so hopefully Outlaw Star does too.

There's really only one scene that would need to be edited for nipples, & it's rather brief (like, barely 5 seconds?), that's it. I don't know what else they'd need to edit for a show airing at 2:30 on Adult Swim.
Hell, if they're gonna not use the digital bikini again, that just further proves that episode doesn't have that much to edit/censor.

So they're foregoing 2nd GIG for now in favour of Outlaw Star, interesting.
It's a good show but I don't think I'll stay up to watch it since it would be 12:30AM my time when it airs.
Thank goodness, 4 is a much better number for pacing compared to Intruder 2's 7.
Also, omg, this means I can post one of my favorite AMV Hell segments involving Outlaw Star.
Definitely partially true, but they've also aired SAO and AoT and Jojo and OPM and other more modern popular anime too that 'fit' the Toonami style.
Definitely gonna stick around for the airing.
