I think customizing Link's clothing would be cool, but unless were getting a Zelda MMO where you're not actually playing as Link but random hero a who must take up the mantle after Link falls to Ganon in that third time then we really shouldn't be changing his appearance outside of cosmetic things

As long as the classic options are there for Pokémon remakes no one should have issue with modifications in a game like that.

Link on the other hand has been more or less the same for around 30 years at this point. That's pretty damn established in my book.

I'm arguing that Link is Link and that branding and marketing is important in characters like this. I agree that if this was made now or heck even 5 or 10 years ago you could have gone choose your own appearance/gender route but Link is a fixed entity now, as solid as any other major brand.

Also Aniplex is the only company more or less that releases the exact same stuff in the US and Japan, which is why they use the same ridiculous prices in both regions.

I have no problem paying Aniplex's crazy prices when the box set comes loaded with crazy amounts of swag. $60 for the first volume of KLK with blu ray/dvd both dub/sub, soundtrack cd, post cards, and posters I feel is a fair value for all you get. It's not for me but I can see the appeal in it

I just want there to eventually be an economic release for those of us who don't have insane amounts of cash to blow. Like Funimation's SAVE line or a season box set that combines two or three volumes into one set. Aniplex never does that. The fact it cost $100 per season for Fate Zero is just ridiculous.
