Even funnier is that I've been out of house since Thursday and have barely been checking let alone posting since. Saturday made a big difference I suppose.
I'm four episodes into KLK now, pretty much having decided to give it a look for myself largely because of that thread...all that's seemed to have done is vindicate me in never listening to what AnimeGAF think about anything. I've actually enjoyed what I've seen of the show so far. It's ridiculous, yes, but in a good way as far as I'm concerned (it having a sense of humor has worked wonders).Yeah, sorry about that. I do feel bad for people like you who really enjoy the series having jerks like me ragging on it every week. I do keep watching hoping it will improve but I just have to be honest, the pacing is so bad I can't get invested in these characters or their actions. Also, the animation has been really lackluster recently.
I see a similar thing happening in OT right now with people ganging up against Kill la Kill, a show a throughly enjoyed. They're saying it's terrible, unwatchable, pandering, etc. It really bumms me out because I think KLK is one of the most fun shows I've seen in a while and I would love to share that fun with ToonamiGAF. But having now seen how much vitriol a lot of people in that Off Topic thread have, I'm not even certain how many of ToonamiGAF would even like the show.
I wish I could just not care what other people think but I can't. When people hate stuff I love it really bothers me and I feel like I have to help them understand why they aren't giving a show a fair chance.
Not too sure how positive ToonamiGAF would be about it, but I have a difficult time picturing anyone throwing it in the pile with legitimately awful things like SAO or Tenchi Muyo! GXP.

How do you even pull up that in the web browser? I can pull it no problem on the mobile app but can't find it on the full site. Mobile is also way off based on what I'm seeing right now.
Click the number of replies next to the thread title in the listing. Doesn't show up in subscriptions though .

Lol this reminds me, when toonami returned, my laptop was out of commission. For like a whole month, DSing gaf was my best option. Wasn't bad having the stylus and all.

Maybe I didn't explain myself right.
My laptop and my desktop are both out of commission at least until I can get some money for a new laptop. So GAF mobile and the AS android app is my only option. Hence why I can only post during breaks.
