Probably not. Both are mainly just retellings of each half, though some new scenes are added. I will say this: if you like the final episode coming up this week, the 2nd movie is highly recommended for the added scenes.

I actually found out awhile ago why Hentai isn't dubbed anymore and it was fascinating. Not because the reason you'd assume (everyone pirates it and people who'd actually watch hentai would watch it subbed) but because of a change in Japanese law making it illegal to do so because exported releases would have the mosaic's removed!

Yeah, this is something I didn't even remember at all from the first airing, and it's clear why. The show throws out like "we might rape these girls!" as if it was a completely meaningless thing to say and then does absolutely nothing with it. Not that it would be better if they had gone somewhere with it, given that the only places to go are utterly terrible, but it just shows the thought process, like this is a cool, edgy, badass thing to just, you know, say. To look cool, edgy, and badass.
It's one of those situations where we use the euphemism "mature content" to describe the lamest, most immature and juvenile shit in games/movies/whatever. It's like a 12 year old's version of what being an awesomely cool adult must be like.

Who knows Kojima is a pretty creative guy, hopefully whatever he has planned after this is able to happen either by kickstarter or from another company picking him up. Also hopefully Konami dies in a fire so that all their great ips can be salvaged by someone else who'd do things with them
I honestly feel that if Konami's IPs were to suddenly become available Sony would grab all 3 of Metal Gear, Silent Hill, and Castlevania.
What about Contra? Or Suikoden, Goemon, Gradius (and Parodius)?

I've been waiting very patiently for the N64 Goemon games to be put on the Wii Virtual Console (which never happened), Gradius V to be a PS2 Classic on PSN (no idea what happened with that), & Sexy Parodious to be a PS1 Classic or Import on either the US or JPN PSN (also there was a PSP collection that never came over...).
Also yes what the hell happened with that Contra tease?

Man, I go to Georgia State and even I'm freaking surprised.
ZOE3 is kind of dead to me mentally, but I don't really mind the whole Kojima leaving altering it situation, since I don't think Kojima was going to get a chance at it anytime soon. (And the fact he didn't actually direct ZOE, but no one remembers that fact)
