Toonami |NovDec15| It's Man God's world, we're just posting in it

Actually, what happened in the final episodes?

I barely remember any later episodes.

I think the last episode wasn't even a finale. I believe it was when Jack and the Scotsman were going to meet the Scotsman's wife who was like the strongest character in the world

Damn Scots. They ruined Scotland!

Yea its crazy to see jack back like this

Interesting to see Toonami on the possible up and up like this. Years ago that time slot was nothing but death to me

what am I saying this time slot is death lol

Samurai Jack was always interesting mix of classical humor with some dark moments mixed in.

Remember Jack and the Haunted House?

I think it was the second episode, correct me if I'm wrong, but Jack going to a rave club and watching that episode with booming speakers tripped me out like I took something at the club.

Jack Season 5 would be the first western cartoon premiere on new toonami, no?

EDIT: And by premiere, I do mean premiere. As in on Toonami first.

Was telling someone of the line-up & looking back, here's what we had/premiered last year...

- Space Dandy
- Naruto Shippuden
- Blue Exorcist
- Black Lagoon
- Attack on Titan
- Beware the Batman
- Gurren Lagann
- Hellsing Ultimate
- Dragon Ball Z Kai
- InuYasha: The Final Act
- Fullmetal Alchemist: The Sacred Star of Milos
- Dragon Ball Z: Broly - The Legendary Super Saiyan

Meanwhile, this year, excluding the possible M&H replacement if we get it this month....

- Kill la Kill
- Akame ga Kill
- SAO2
- Michiko & Hatchin
- Parasyte

So what you're saying is, both years have been equally good
if you only watch the shows I watch

I was bored tonight and quickly flipping through Jason's twitter:

"[Toonami] is doing better than ever."

Thanks DBZ.

DBZ's cemented slot meant one less free than we had last year. To be honest, I'd put the long runners on both lists and remove the movies. Outside of that, the only thing not accounted for is the occasional extra late night show like BtB and Hellsing.

So guys, do you think the views we gave them when samurai jack was on toonami made the lich king pull the trigger?

Could be a combination of that and the fact that Jack won an Oscar (or was it an Emmy). A show on that level would certainly raise the profile of the block.

There's another star wars movie coming out in nearly 4 weeks. A new season to samurai jack is announced.

Can we check to make sure we weren't transported to 2003.
