They tried to follow trends that were big on competing networks and competing media instead of building up their own unique programming. Toonami slagged for an MMO, live action programming, the utter bastardization of Dexter's Lab (still pissed about that). At least they starting righting their course around 2010-11, but CN will never be the same.

Instead of re-running Bleach, they need to get Fairy Tail. They need to start building up a steady following for the next great shonen anchor.

If they can rerun Bleach for cheap/free then I'm all for it

If they chose to rerun Bleach at a premium instead of airing something new even something bad then I'm irritated.

Speaking of Aniplex, despite hearing that it's not as good as the manga, I'd be up for Gyo: Tokyo Fish Attack being part of Movie Month. Only about 70 minutes long, so they could probably have enough commercials to make it 90 minutes.

Bount arc sucks. It's better than the other Bleach filler arcs besides maybe the last one with Liquid Snake because those arcs are really really bad.

The only redeeming thing about the Bount arc is that the best opening starts up right at the end of it. I do have some gifs from it though.

Soul Society is the best arc. The rest kinda don't matter.

Listen, if they started from episode 1 and showed the opening, i'd totally be down for a Bleach re-air. It's actually GOOD for the first 50 or so episodes

I view the iPhone as the PSP 2- when I got a PSP, it was because video iPods were still a year away, and the iPod Mini was the hottest thing on the block. I listened to so much music, watched so many movies, TV shows, and anime,
and totally NEVER used it for porn
. The games were completely secondary, and the games I did care about (Lumines and Wipeout) both had awesome games at the Vita's launch.

Bount arc is where I officially gave up on Bleach & was part of the domino effect of getting out of the longer running animes, with Naruto and eventually One Piece (though CN cancelling it played a part) being dropped when I was in high school.

Of the three really long filler arcs in Bleach Bount is the best by attrition. New Captain and the other really long one are awful (something about Zanpaktou's I think?)

I know it won't happen but Bleach could really use a Kai recut along with Shippuden and One Piece. Yeah the story would still be weak but imagine how much more enjoyable the fights would be if they were quick and snappy and you could get 1-2 fights an episode

Fake Karakura Town would have like 3 fights an episode with how shit its pacing is.

in a perfect world, these long runners would be animated in seasons and in between those seasons they would create a "Kai" version of the older stuff (except actually reanimated)

But that's the reason. The manga has beyond shit pacing and there is only so much padding you can do with one on one fights when all of the characters have next to no abilities or techniques to use. We could go with the DBZ flurry of attacks for a bit to break up all the character reactions from someone doing something substantial.

Bleach works better in anime form, Karakura Town was enjoyable for me because we got to see all the fights play out in a coherent manner.
