Also, I'm playing Steins;Gate on Vita right now, but yes, for the most part, I'm not fond of VNs unless you mix in some gameplay a la Ace Attorney, Danganronpa, 999/VLR, etc. I basically want to feel like I have input on the story instead of being "along for the ride".

I'm trying to think of things that are unironically good about Akame Ga Kill.
...I nearly said animation, but Akame Ga Kill only has good animation in select moments. Most of the time the animation is pretty limited.

Personally I separate straight route based VNs and games like Danganronpa, Zero Escape and Ace Attorney because those have a major puzzle aspect.
The OST is pretty decent.
The twists are pretty hilarious, enough to make me follow the manga. But each twist reignites my interest which then soon after dies and it dies faster with each twist-then-wait period. Manga is a drug basically

Fair enough. Yeah, those actually have elements of gameplay, hence why I listed them. I'd rather just read the manga or watch the anime version to get the jist of the story, then if it's good enough (i.e. Steins;Gate), then I might actually give in.

I could see them doing a M&H catch up for the finale marathon, we also haven't had a Shippuden marathon yet
& then after that, Toonami airs the day after Xmas, so either another marathon or a movie they somehow still have the rights to.

Considering they repeated movies last year I wouldn't be surprised if we had "repeated" marathons. For sure I expect another DBZ Kai marathon in December as it's the only show with enough pull to get people to tune in Christmas and maybe Thanksgiving weekend

I feel like maybe I could at least appreciate the fanservice of Esdeath if they at least accentuated her derriere.
But they, like many, have fallen to their base knuckle dragging temptations and focused solely on one of the ways to define a loveliness of the female form.
