There's a certain ... quality that I spent a week hyping up the ep. of Symbiotic Titan, and I oversleep and couldn't re-watch it with you guys. Irony? I dunno if it's that. I'm also happy that Race Bannon wasn't lost to you people.

Unlike Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network isn't doing the DreamWorks' series spinoff How to Train Your Dragon at its Burbank Studio. Word reaches us that C.G.I. development is being done by Wildbrain in Sherman Oaks. And Sym-Bionic Titan, Genndy Tartakovsky's adventure show that premiered last Fall, is wrapping up its last episodes. As a Cartoon Networker told me:

"Genddy's moved on to Sony Pictures Animation. Titan got competitive ratings with other action shows, but what shut it down was it didn't have enough toys connected to it. If you don't have the, the studios don't want to renew for another season."

It always seems like their "resemblance" is more than a skin-deep thing. The priestly powers, the strong undercurrent in their actions, and probably a few mannerisms (and obviously taste in men...)

They do note that they see her as Kikyo's Reincarnation, not her twin sister.

I often wonder if someone like Kaede also sees what she hoped for Kikyo's life, in Kagome. "This is what my sister would have been like... without her heavy burden and tragic death!" She probably cries herself to sleep at night, every time Kagome drops in for extended visits, ha.
