Tonight on Toonami, Starrk tries to stand his ground, Team 7 gets some chakra training, the Thunderkittens stir up trouble, the samurai arrive in time to take the fight to the capital, Titan responds to a space station emergency, Renton finds a peaceful refuge, Bad Luck Brian gets into hijinks on Jurai, Faye causes trouble for the Bebop crew, and Sango goes to battle against Inuyasha.

so what do we all think about Titan getting a repeat?

i know they said they'd try to avoid them whenever possible, but i imagine with the show being free and all that it's not actually possible. though the only real issue i'd have with it repeating to begin with is if it stays in the same slot; at least move it back to the rerun section.

Yup, just saw it.

It's pretty badass, actually, and is set up as a "check out the final battle!" sort of thing.




And now a Bleach promo in the same commercial break? They're really going all out.

Seems kind of pointless considering tonight is the penultimate episode.

......it appears TV Guide may have outed the new show as
Soul Eater

1) Go to "change location/provider" on the upper left corner.
2) Change your timezone to "Central (C)."
3) Go to the date/time, and change it to "02/16 Saturday" and "11:00pm"
4) Scroll down on the grid until you see "CARTOON" with the Cartoon Network logo.
5) Look under the 12:30AM time, and you'll see
"Soul Eater"
listed.

It's really stylized from what I remember and may just get the Bleach crowd to stick around since it's like the same damn thing minus all the Aizen trolling. Can't say I'm a fan.

this might seem like a stupid question, but how "mature" is the content of Soul Eater? about on the level of Brotherhood?

The time zone was adjusted to Central, where Toonami starts at 11 PM instead of 12 AM. So the new show will still be at 1:30 EST, but 12:30 CST. I live in the Central time zone so I get Toonami an hour early. Means I don't have to stay up as late.
