I think he was onyl saying Ichigo and Renton shared VAs, not Isshin and Holland.
It's kinda iffy at the start. It's a lot better later on and into Shippuden.
Thats pretty much what everyone says after the soul society arc.

Why do yearly Call of Duty rehashes sell a lot?
The ignorant masses have little taste, and what annoys us doesn't even phase them. Most of them probably only tune in and leave Bleach on in the background while doing other things, just to keep up with the characters. The flashbacks in this sense are beneficial to these viewers since they don't pay attention for 100% of the show.

Yeah, it usually seems that their stuff starts out pretty weak, then gets better as it goes on. From the sound of it, they just have shitty directors. Every time I hear voice actors at panels talking about their works, it sounds like when people think they "grew into" the roles, they were actually doing what they wanted to do early on but had been directed to do it some other way lol.

Naruto is the best dub Viz has ever done and makes Bleach look like that hilarious english DBZ dub that comes up from time to time.
Not saying that Naruto's dub is great, mind you, just that Viz is awful at dubbing. Naruto's dub quality does get a ton better starting pretty soon though
