Eh, not for everyone obviously. The action and animation is solid, though. It's much better at actually SHOWING the fights, unlike SAO, since that's pretty much all it's about. Also, people that take an MMO fighting game (where dying in it DOES NOT mean dying in real life) way too seriously.

Yeah, I always felt like there were no stakes in that show and it didn't help that the main protagonist was really annoying.
