Nope. I thought FMA 03's ending was great and this movie is just an extension of that. It does kinda get batshit near the end though...

Trying to watch this after Brotherhood doesn't do it any favors though.

I like it cause it's depressing like FMA 03 was, and while it doesn't really execute well, it at least has a interesting premise.

I thought that movie was ok. It just suffers from all the problems filler does. It has no effect on the story. The best thing about it was the great animation.
