Truly, the things that appeal most to the Toonami demographic.

We wouldn't get those commercials unless there was data backing up Michiko and Hatchin having a large female audience. Which is a fairly interesting topic to consider.

This episode just really highlights the biggest flaw with the show, when you have to go to these lengths to make your lead seem like the better option, you may have written an abstemious shitheel.

Leads in shows don't have to be likable characters depending on what they are going for. How did Michiko know Hatchin was at this circus anyway?
