knowing how strict Sony is with user generated content this seems at risk of not making the cut.
the PC version of Trackmania allows you to import external assets if I'm not mistaken... and Sony REALLLY doesn't like external assets, which is why Roblox is not on PlayStation and why PlayStation versions of Bethesda games have a more limited Mod support.

Very, Trackmamia is super addictive and fun. Trackmamia Turbo is a pretty good entry point that's on a lot of platforms. Purists complained that they nerfed some of the modability for that one but it's a ton of quality content out of the box, and still has a great track editor, so... Trackmamia United is also fantastic but some of the older games run a little funky on new systems.
The 2020 is a free to play live service game with a premium subscription tier, and it only features one "environment" so it's smaller in scope than Turbo or past games. You get a new "campaign" every 3 months, and then you can get access to user created campaigns if you pay a yearly subscription, which I think is something negligible like $7 a year.
It's good, the best version of the Stadium environment (which is the best in the game). I pay for the subscription, and I still come back and play the new content, but I think Turbo is a better package and a better entry point for the series.
