Also being critical of politicians is not a bad thing, be critical all you want, just try to avoid insulting our intelligence by making a comparison between the two candidates as if they're both in any way equal in being fully unhinged racists.

When did I say Trump is like Clinton? I was speaking about the two respective parties, like I said the establishment on both sides do not care for minority rights, if you guys think im an "idiot" and get so offended by that little statement then I don't know what to say.

how can they be equally bad for blacks when the parties are fundamentally split on voting rights? put aside everything else, democrats specifically want black people to be able to vote and republicans do not.

Of course some policies will have unintended reminifications, however:

-My mom was able to get health care insurance under Obama

-friends of mine were able to get married

-My inlaws were able to refinance the mortgage with programs started by Obama after the 2008 collapse

I'm sorry these would not have been possible with the current GOP.

I didn't mean "all Democrats", it was really talking about policies that were put forth and the intentions of the people I would consider racist. All I meant was that the Democratic party is good at concealing their racism.

And people (I think it was either this thread or a recent trump thread) called Black republican voters names for simply voting for the republican party. I don't see anyone attacking those posters.

You're mistaking negative ramifications for targeted outcomes. And the handful of liberal policies don't equate the constant flow of anti minority policies from the GOP. both on paper and openly stated so much so that the candidate that said them the loudest is the nominee for president.

Both r the same has no basis in reality, nor does are both equatable. The dems aren't targeting women, literally targeting women. It's not even just black peole the gop is after, it's everyone but their white man demographic.


Your point is that dems are equally racist.

I really don't care because I wasn't necessarily being critical of the Obama administration, and I certainly was not downplaying any achievement that was under the Democratic party.

This is how strawmans start to be built.

Trump literally is the Republican presidential nominee. He is the Republican party.

How in any way, shape or form are Democrats equally racist, when the Republican nominee is surrounded by known bigots and people with connection to white supremisicist.

This is an oxymoron.

There is undoubtedly racism across the entire political spectrum in America. There certainly are racists Democrats and people with bigoted beliefs who consider themselves progressives. 2008 onward has made this perfectly clear. But the party itself is not defined by racism, nor does it cater to racists.

You are essentially saying exactly what Donald Trump did at this rally, point for point. Democrats are just as bad or "worse" for black people, the black vote is being taken for granted, and "some of the worst cities in America are run by Democrats" with the underlying implication that were they Republican controlled things would be better for minorities.

What, exactly, are you getting at here? Your post is troubling.

There was this one trump supporter here. Can't remember their name. Iirc they were older..But I admire him. He just flatly said the race stuff doesn't bother him and he doesn't want his taxes to raise. I mean you can't make someone care. No ban as it didnt make a drawn out debate, no need for racist links to be posted. No melt down. Trump supporters/and anyone really that make bullshit baseless arguments get banned in all topics.

First of all, this phrase makes zero sense.

Second of all, Can you name anything the democrats have done that is worse than what the NC State republicans did with voting rights that's equally worse? Please keep in mind that what NC did was a playbook that been employed by Republicans throughout the country when in power.

I'll be waiting for actual examples...

The party may not be defined by racism, but Liberal policies (big government) has had a negative ramification for Black communities, this is a fact. To me these are the acts of racist politicians deliberately using policies to destroy communities. That's my opinion, don't care if you guys think otherwise.

Secondly, I never insinuated Republicans were a better choice, I never used Trump talking points. You guys can try to build strawmans and shit to attack me but that wont work. I clearly stated both are bad; Black people should vote LOCALLY or create super PACS.

Anyone that votes right that isnt a rich and evangelical is voting against anything remotely what they need.

You can say what you want about democrats, but obviously you dont understand how govt works and how that in many cases democrats who try to enact anything remotely good is always blocked by Republicans and they always have to water down bills because of it. You literally have very bad understanding of govy because you only are speaking in weird ass generalities that are pretty much poor and unfounded opinion.

Democrats have had their share of the blame but there is NOTHING that compares to what Republicans have been doing for the past 50 years.
