yeah, but it's super easy to vote to repeal when you know the president will veto the bill and you won't have to face the consequences of taking healthcare away from tens of millions.

Yeah, because Obama was there to veto it, and everybody knew it. Now that it actually would pass, they've been bogged down because now it's more than a protest vote and will have huge political consequences.

But many of those Republicans voted for it knowing it would be vetoed by Obama, thus they didn't have to deal with the repercussions and could just whine about Obama. Anything that makes it to Trump's desk will be signed and they have to face the fallout.

GOP been bitching about Obamacare like a dog chasing a car, they can now do something but dont know what to do.
Obamacare is a very right leaning form of healthcare. The idea of shopping around the free market for the best deal is very right leaning idea. Obama actually used parts of a old republican bill that never made it to senate probably so that he could get the backing of some republicans. Now the republicans after bitching about Obamacare since day0, have to repeal and replace it, the thing is replace it with what? The new healthcare system can't lean more towards the left because that is what the democrats want, it cant stay too similiar because then the they just look like idiots(they are anyway but look like bigger ones) and it cant go more towards the right because it would probably take more people of healthcare and that would cause outrage.

Yup. The ACA is literally the most right-wing bill that would still work. The only way to not make a worse bill is to go left of it.
