I don't think it was right to fire him for such an infraction. Just an angry man; he could have done his job in silence and benefited the company. I'd rather more people be employed than unemployed.

I understand why Twitter did it, though.
 
Should go to Facebook, he'll be safe there.

I'm not even surprised he blames other for his attitude. He's kind the of person who would do that.
